Are you looking for a way to figure out how well you're doing? Do you want a way to evaluate a trade someone else has proposed to you? Well, Benchcoach is a tool which will analyze your team and provide you with some recommendations. The owners of the site have pioneered a new technology called "Fangelica" which does the back end heavy lifting to calculate what moves would be best for you to make.
Like any system, it is imperfect, but if you are looking for a way to easily manage your team or evaluate trades, this is a great tool. For example, they recommended I trade Hiroki Kuroda to Lyndsey for Ian Kinsler. I asked Lyndsey if she would go for that. Not surprisingly, she turned me down. However, they also recommended I trade Heath Bell for James Loney. That did sound reasonable to Lyndsey, although I don't need a 1B. So, if you use it, don't check your brain at the virtual door.
